About The Position

The purpose of this position is to engage our guests and to ensure that they have a great experience at our two poolside outlets at Brasada Ranch Resort. Whether you are assisting at our family-friendly Sundance Bar & Grill or at our laid back adult only Cascade pool, our Pool Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to the needs of our guests and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required, fast paced preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates.
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement).
• OLCC Certification.
