About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Pool & Bahia Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The position will assess the guest’s needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.

Requirements

Reading and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a strong F&B knowledge.
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
US work authorization.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
