About The Position
The Pool Attendant is responsible for the daily operation of the Pool Area(s) by providing an interactive experience for guests while ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service and safety. The role requires maintaining a professional, courteous, and aware demeanor at all times. The attendant must strictly follow all Pool Safety Guidelines and Rules and ensure that all guests also adhere to these guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- One year pool or related field experience
- Organization and merchandising skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of the Pool Area(s)
- Provide an interactive experience for guests
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service and safety
- Remain professional, courteous and aware of all surroundings
- Follow all Pool Safety Guidelines and Rules
- Make sure that all guests follow Pool Safety Guidelines and Rules
- Greet all guests in a friendly, positive and professional manner
- Maintain Daily guest log for pool entry
- Pass out and roll towels for better visual presentation
- Approach all guests and handle transactions via cash register professionally
