As a Pool Attendant at Arcis Golf, you will serve a critical, guest-facing role ensuring a safe, clean, and luxurious poolside experience for country club members. Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Must be capable of working outdoors in the elements and lifting or moving pool furniture.
- Requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly, check in guests at the gate, and provide attentive hospitality throughout their visit.
- Arrange loungers and umbrellas, and continuously tidy the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding facilities.
- Monitor guest activity, maintain a comfortable environment, and enforce facility policies.
- Report damages or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.
- Support swim lessons.
