About The Position

Stratton Amenities is seeking a Pool Attendant to support a luxury residential community during weekend hours. This role combines pool area oversight with light concierge-level service, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends consistently
• Must be able to withstand heat and outdoor conditions for extended periods
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong, professional presence in the pool area at all times
• Set up and organize pool furniture, umbrellas, and amenities
• Monitor access to the pool area and enforce community rules
• Keep the pool deck clean, orderly, and free of debris throughout the shift
• Provide towels, refreshments, or amenities if applicable to the property
• Assist residents with basic requests and provide a hospitality-driven experience
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or rule violations to management
• Ensure all pool areas are properly reset at the end of each shift
