Requirements

Ability to work outdoors for a full eight (8) hours shift
Walk and stand for a full shift
Pushing and pulling carts; bending and stooping to pick up towels and debris
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Candidates must be able to speak, write, read and comprehend written and verbal English.
Candidates should have availability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
Highly developed computer skills.
Well organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and with diverse groups of individuals.
Display initiative, perseverance and analytical skills.

walk and stand for a full shift; bend, stoop and reach overhead; push and pull up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Greets and communicates with guests; answer questions
Check hotel guests room keys, ensuring they have proper access keys
Oversees pool area (adult/children) to make sure everyone is safe
Straightens pool furniture, ensuring that furniture is clean and in working order at all times
Assists with set up and breakdown of pool activities as needed
Pick up debris from the pool and possess basic cleaning skills
Ensures all posted pool rules are being adhered to
Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
Provide assistance to co-workers and guests as needed.
Report all guest accidents and employee injuries to a supervisor immediately.
Notify supervisor of any guests’ complaints or comments.
Perform other necessary duties as needed
Must be aware and practice all emergency and safety procedures.
Clean and stock bathrooms daily
Refill and empty trash cans and pool towel cart as needed
