About The Position

The Pool Attendant will greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally assisting them at the swimming pool. This role involves accurately managing credit card information from guests for payment of hotel charges, knowing and applying hotel rates and discounts, and selling food and beverages. The attendant will handle all guest requests in the pool area and work in summer weather outside.

• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally assisting them at the swimming pool.
• Promptly, accurately and efficiently know how and where to post all charges.
• Accurately manage credit card information from guests for payment of hotel charges.
• Have knowledge of hotel rates, discounts and how to handle each.
• Sell food and beverages for guests.
• Handle all guest requests in the pool area.
• Work in summer weather outside.
