About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Pool Attendant to join their talented team. This role is responsible for providing guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. The attendant must respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. The approximate service dates for this seasonal position are May 2026 – September 2026.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience.
Three months to one full year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
Able to read and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Swimming/lifeguard skills to assist a guest in distress.
CPR/First Aid skills/certification.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.
Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands.
Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner.
Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively.
