About The Position

This role involves a variety of duties to ensure smooth hotel operations. The attendant will need to have comprehensive knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, and hours of operation. They will be responsible for providing clear directions to hotel facilities, rooms, and local attractions. Additionally, the role includes light housekeeping, basic front desk duties, night auditor functions, laundry services, mopping and cleaning, and other general hotel duties as needed.
