About The Position

Waterton is currently seeking an energetic, professional, and customer service-oriented Pool Attendant! As Pool Attendant, you will check the pool area for hazards, ensure cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, restrooms, and storage, and perform all pool maintenance tasks. You will also enforce all club rules and develop and maintain a friendly relationship with members of the pool. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Must be Eighteen Years (18) of age or Older
• Must be willing and able to work out of doors for long periods of time in various types of weather
• Knowledge of proper safety precautions
• Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
