About The Position
Rookwood Properties is seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional individual to help maintain our pool during the pool season. This role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests by overseeing the pool area.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- As a condition of employment, satisfactory background and MVR checks are required.
Nice To Haves
- A background in aquatics and/or swimming pools is preferred, however, not required.
- Strong work ethic and commitment
Responsibilities
- Check and adjust water chemistry and record readings in the pool logbook
- Check flow meters and pressure gauges, and record readings in the pool logbook
- Vacuum the bottom of the pool as needed
- Skim any debris off the surface of the pool
- Wipe down pool furniture as needed
- Clean waterline tile around pool edge as needed
- Backwash filter systems and clean strainer pots as needed
- Blow off the pool deck using a leaf blower to clear leaves and debris off the deck
- Empty trash cans and replace trash can liners
- Straighten up the furniture on the pool deck
- Sweep, mop, or wash bath floors as needed
