Greets and meets guests at the pool area within 10 seconds. Registers guest’s checking in and out of Cabanas. Possesses complete knowledge of pool policies and procedures and ensures adherence to standard guidelines is being followed by team members. Oversee the administration of Cabana assignments. Assists guests by attempting to honor special requests or accommodations. Ensures that the highest level of service is extended to guests, both internal and external. Complete required reports and paperwork for various Cabana transactions. Must be able to stand up to 10 hours per day. Can assume the Supervisor responsibilities for any shift whenever necessary. Is technically competent enough to counsel, guide and instruct the pool team in the daily performance of their duties. Maintains a neat and clean work area, but not limited to arranging pool furniture, picking up used towels, stocking clean pool towels, empty all trash cans and ash urns and cleaning the pool. Maintain pool restrooms and refill supplies (soaps, etc.) to provide convenient and courteous service. Takes ownership of the cleaning pool deck. Assists with deep cleaning Cabanas. Must be able to complete work assignments with little direct supervision. Calls security if emergency arises Calls in any Facilities request if equipment is not working properly.
