About The Position

The Town Center at Tuckers Cove, located in Punta Gorda, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in hospitality.
• CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire).
• Strong communication skills with members.
• Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.

Nice To Haves

• High school education is a plus.
• Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality.
• Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.
