Requirements

• Strong customer service or hospitality experience
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate policies respectfully and confidently
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Minimum age: 18 years

Nice To Haves

• Attendants do not have to have a Lifeguard certification.
• Attendants shall not enforce any lifeguarding or other safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Verifying memberships and enforcing community pool policies
• Greeting residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Monitoring pool areas for cleanliness and safety
• Opening and closing the facility
• Testing pool chemicals (training provided)
• Removing debris and trash from the pool area
• Straightening furniture and adjusting umbrellas as needed
