About The Position
At Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the Pool Attendant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, well‑maintained, and relaxing poolside environment. This position ensures guests receive warm, attentive service while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the Rooftop & Pool area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three months to one year of experience in a similar role within Four Seasons or another hospitality organization.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- A service‑oriented approach and strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, provide an overview of pool services, offer fresh towels, escort guests to seating, assist with umbrellas, and present the pool menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck by continuously wiping surfaces, mopping wet areas, removing used towels, and transporting linens to and from Laundry.
- Ensure adequate levels of guest supplies, including linens and amenities, and maintain neat and appealing presentation throughout the pool area.
- Complete daily opening and closing checklists, ensuring all pool areas are clean, stocked, and guest‑ready.
- Uphold Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Assist with beverage refills during high‑volume times and support overall guest satisfaction.
