About The Position
Southern Trace Country Club, located in Shreveport, LA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time, Seasonal Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This position will last 6 months or less.
Requirements
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
- Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests in the pool area.
- Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas following daily procedures.
- Support overall pool operations with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with members and team members.
