As a Polysomnographic Technologist on our Sleep Lab team, you'll work alongside a team committed to excellence in sleep medicine and patient care. In this role, you'll independently perform diagnostic sleep monitoring studies, obtain artifact-free sleep tracings, and analyze results to support clinicians in diagnosing and treating patients. You'll ensure quality recordings by troubleshooting technical issues, reviewing patient medical histories, and maintaining compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards. This position is essential to delivering high-quality patient care and may include opportunities to assist with training, scheduling support, and leading educational presentations for the team. This position independently performs prescribed diagnostic sleep monitoring studies, which may include home sleep tests, to patients. This position analyzes the results to aide clinicians with diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and care of patients. This position acts as a resource to the department.
