The Polk Automotive Solutions Customer Success Team is a dynamic, solutions-oriented group of account management and product delivery professionals. They provide strategic ideas to internal and external clients through industry insights and product consulting, ensuring positive customer outcomes via timelines, documentation, and communication. The team's core impact is sales enablement, removing barriers to product fulfillment, and actively assisting sales in the discovery process to help clients articulate their goals and provide solutions utilizing Polk data, aiming for frictionless facilitation and successful, valuable outcomes. This internship position offers participation in internal and external client calls and exposure to all facets of the SGPI Mobility business, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Production teams.

Requirements

  • Working towards but not limited to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, driven by organization and efficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
  • The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
  • Experience in navigating and posting content to various social media platform

Responsibilities

  • Report organization and management
  • Cleanup and organization of our customer database
  • Meeting attendance, compiling recaps and action items for team efficiency
  • Internal workflow setup and organization
