About The Position
This position involves conducting research on the relationship between deservingness and the 2000 Palermo Protocol. The research assistant will synthesize and organize scholarly literature provided by faculty and review/synthesize relevant information from United Nations archival documents. Findings will be organized into clear research notes, summaries, and annotated materials to support faculty writing. The assistant will also help identify key concepts, legal categories, and historical continuities between the process of creating the Protocol and the final text.
