About The Position

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the political space, working with high-profile political/public affairs clients at the federal, state, and local levels. As a Political Account Coordinator on the Customer Success team, you will help customers plan, activate, and measure their video advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with agency customers representing candidates, PACs, and advocacy groups to ensure media buys meet and exceed goals. This position provides a chance to build connections and learn the intricacies of political media strategy and the political media buying industry. The initial contract commitment is through the end of 2026, supporting the 2026 election cycle, with the potential for a full-time salaried position with benefits.

  • Beginner-intermediate experience with Excel

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Managers to field incoming customer requests related to digital/CTV campaign planning and activation
  • Support customer strategy by preparing audience insights data from our proprietary cross-channel media planning software platform
  • Prepare weekly performance reports
  • Work closely with our Advertising Operations team to monitor digital/CTV campaign performance
