The 3rd shift Polisher role was built for individuals who take pride in turning raw material into a flawless, finished product in a focused, no-distractions environment. This role is critical in the final stage of production, where precision, consistency, and attention to detail directly impact the quality our customers see and trust. Night shift offers a quieter shop, a tight-knit team, and the opportunity to own your work from start to finish. We are looking for someone who values quality over shortcuts, takes ownership of their output, and wants to build real skill in a high-performance manufacturing environment. Polishers are the last step in production for our table tops. They hand polish the profiles on our product and inspect the product for quality. Polishers also prepare table tops for sinks, faucets, and any attachment that might be added to the top at a customer location.
