Requirements

Two to three years of work experience.
Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
Distinguish among colors and different species.
Possess basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities including Excel, Word and LINCs.
Possess a basic knowledge of the QMS to promote awareness and use by coworkers.
Read a tape measure and caliper.
Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to read a tape measure & calipers.
Math & computer skills.
Possess a thorough understanding of all Masco Cabinetry wood character, machining, assembly and finishing.
Self-starter who works effectively without close supervision.

Nice To Haves

One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Work overtime when required.
Bend, stoop, reach, perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, and stand for at least nine hours per day.
Report to work on a regular basis.
Inspect and audit product processes, including incoming product, internal processes, product audits, and finished product audits.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
