About The Position

At SyBridge Technologies, we're seeking a skilled Polisher to support mold finishing operations by polishing tooling components to required surface finishes and tolerances. This role plays a critical part in ensuring molds meet quality standards and are ready for production. The Polisher works closely with mold makers, machinists, and quality teams to achieve high-quality surface finishes and maintain production timelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience polishing molds or precision tooling preferred
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Polish mold components to required surface finish specifications
• Use hand tools and polishing equipment to achieve desired finishes
• Inspect surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
• Work closely with mold makers and machinists to support mold completion
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
