About The Position
As a Production Operator, you will learn to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment. This includes stocking lines/machines with needed materials, transporting, weighing, and mixing appropriate ingredients, and loading/unloading machines. You will also perform quality control checks and monitor equipment or processes, reporting any problems to the supervisor, including issues related to safety, quality, productivity, and systems. The role also involves supporting a life-long learning environment by enhancing your own skills and assisting in the development of other team members.
