About The Position

Due to new European regulations, we are currently looking for legal tech account executives for a fully remote position. You will be responsible for organizing company meetings/presentations and driving sales to closing the deal. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in outbound sales and solution selling. You must understand the product and offering at a high level to convey key benefits to all members of the client organization's decision-making group and be able to communicate with anyone from the receptionist to the CEO. Overall, we are looking for someone who is determined to achieve results and is motivated by personal and team performance requirements, as well as wanting to be part of a winning team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Proven experience in booking outbound meetings and introducing products
  • Winning personality that shines through on a phone call
  • Motivation from daily and hourly successes
  • Ability to understand product and solution offerings to effectively convey key benefits to all members of the decision-making group
  • Understanding of the target person and decision-making team impacting contract closure
  • High individual performance level with the ability to be a team player and be motivated by team success
  • Willingness and ability to learn and grow through coaching opportunities and motivation to be one of the top performers in the work environment
