About The Position

The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights offers advanced online programs focused on developing future leaders in policy research, human rights, and allied disciplines. Their mission is to deliver world-class, skill-enhancement programs globally, equipping candidates with the expertise to influence policy decisions and drive positive community change. This Senior Research Fellowship is for candidates currently enrolled in or who have completed Master's/Doctoral programs. The program involves drafting a research paper using an established methodology in an approved researchable area, with comprehensive mentorship and guidance provided. No prior research paper writing experience is required. A Program Certification fee of EUR498 is applicable. Being a Certified Senior Research Fellow is a significant academic achievement that enhances a CV and provides a competitive edge for employers, universities, and scholarship committees.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a Master's or Doctoral program.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines effectively.
  • Submit an updated CV.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply an established methodology to draft a research paper in one of the approved researchable areas.
  • Develop the capacity to address critical policy challenges and design innovative, impactful solutions.
  • Engage with experienced scholars and subject-matter specialists.
  • Use data-driven approaches to formulate influential and evidence-based policy recommendations.
  • Contribute research outcomes to respected academic and policy-focused publications.
  • Conduct research in a selected researchable area.
  • Ensure research papers are published with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for global visibility, academic credibility, and permanent accessibility through an open-source publication portal.
