This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to deliver mobility program management, real estate, expense management and reporting services for relocating transferees and their families.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years relocation industry and/or real estate industry experience
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Counsels transferees on policy benefits.
  • Facilitates the home purchase/home sale process.
  • Participates in required training initiatives to learn systems and processes.
  • Counsels and assist with transferee expense submission.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely.
