This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to deliver mobility program management, real estate, expense management and reporting services for relocating transferees and their families.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years relocation industry and/or real estate industry experience
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software

Responsibilities

Counsels transferees on policy benefits.
Facilitates the home purchase/home sale process.
Participates in required training initiatives to learn systems and processes.
Counsels and assist with transferee expense submission.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely.
