We are seeking a Policy and Advocacy Officer to help shape and advance Seed’s global, regional, and national policy and advocacy agenda. This is a dynamic role for a strategic thinker who can translate complex policy issues into clear, compelling insights to position Seed as a leading voice in global health, financing reform, and climate resilience. Reporting to the Senior Director of Policy, with a dotted line to the Director of Advocacy and Media, the Officer will support policy research, advocacy influencing, and stakeholder engagement across Seed’s priority areas. The role includes engagement with major policy processes and platforms, including COP, UNGA, World Bank meetings, and more. The officer will play a central role in ensuring Seed’s policy positions are evidence-based, coherent, and aligned with Seed’s 2030 strategic plan, while helping to manage the systems, relationships, and partnerships that make our advocacy effective. The role will work closely with policy advisors and colleagues based across Seed’s four partner countries: Uganda, Malawi, Sierra Leone, and Zambia.
