About The Position

Security National has been in the insurance and funeral industry for over 50 years. We are currently looking to fill a full-time Policy Issue Clerk position in our new business department. This is an entry level position with a starting wage between $12-$16/hour (depending on experience) with a Monday - Friday schedule. Requirements

• Fluent Spanish speaking
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Type 50+ wpm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4:45 pm

Responsibilities

• Enter New applications
• Inbound & outbound calls from the sales force
• Provide excellent customer service on phone and thru email
• Assist with Underwriting responsibilities and tasks
• Other special projects as assigned
