The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our Bureau of Policy and Program Support in the role of Enforcement Unit Manager. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating program reviews of existing enforcement procedures to ensure efficiency, while managing the review, summarization, and analyzation of proposed and adopted state and federal statutes and federal regulations to determine state options in conforming with applicable statutes and regulations related to the enforcement functions of the child support program. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, creative problem solver and strategic thinker to be successful in evaluating the operations of the Enforcement Unit implementing objectives for improvement, while maintaining working relationships with other governmental professional organizations.
