Farmers is seeking a Policy Contract Development Analyst for a 1-year contract role. This position provides business analytics and problem resolution alternatives aimed at improving service, efficiency, and quality. The analyst will collaborate with other business units to implement changes and solutions across systems, processes, and/or channels. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4+ years relevant business and/or general analysis experience.
- Ability to understand regulatory and policy language.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and relevant professional certifications.
- 3+ years of field claims auto experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop policy endorsements and notices that communicate coverage intent based on specific needs.
- Develop specific action plans for functional projects and issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to obtain feedback, consensus, and approvals of policy and notice language.
- Understand regulatory and policy language, and how the former informs the latter.
