The Policy & Compliance Specialist supports the Division of Licensing and Certification (DLC) in managing regulatory oversight for Personal Care Agencies (PCAs) and Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) providers. This part-time role plays a key role in ensuring compliance with state regulations by coordinating enforcement activities, managing case workflows, and supporting administrative processes. The position collaborates closely with program managers and surveyors to maintain accurate records, meet regulatory timelines, and ensure high-quality documentation.
