About The Position

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) is dedicated to preventing homelessness and creating lasting solutions for individuals and families across Colorado. CCH advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and services to improve health, well-being, and stability. Their philosophy centers on the belief that everyone has a right to adequate housing and healthcare, and they work to remove barriers to these rights. CCH fosters strong, caring, and trauma-informed communities by integrating housing, healthcare, and supportive services. They advocate for social and racial equity, inclusion, and diversity, challenging the status quo. Excellence is achieved through continuous quality assurance, innovation, and professional development, with a commitment to using resources judiciously.
