About The Position
Blueprint Labs within the Department of Economics at MIT is seeking a Policy and Communications Associate to join their team. Blueprint Labs consists of academic affiliates, full-time staff, and graduate researchers. The lab uses data and economics to uncover the consequences of policy decisions and improve society. They work closely with leading academic, government, and nonprofit institutions across the country to generate pioneering research that informs policy and practice in education, health care, and the workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, education, statistics, communications, or a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in policy, education, data analysis, research methods, and/or social sciences research (which may include coursework or experience gained as an undergraduate)
- Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- An employment term of at least two years is strongly preferred.
