About The Position

This role provides strategic policy, business analysis, and mission management support to senior leadership, with a focus on synchronizing GEOINT analytic activities across NGA and mission partners. The Senior Policy Analyst operates as a trusted advisor, translating strategic direction into actionable policies, processes, and operational guidance. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly) and is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or 15+ years of experience in lieu of a Master’s; 20+ years in lieu of a Bachelor’s)
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or program support
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional or multi-organization initiatives
• Experience developing strategic plans, policies, or operational guidance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
• Active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with intelligence analysis, production processes, or GEOINT environments
• Experience supporting policy lifecycle management (PLCM) processes
• Experience facilitating senior-level meetings and stakeholder engagements

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on strategic planning, policy development, and business analysis efforts
• Develop and maintain agency-level policies, guidance, and strategic documentation
• Translate strategic directives into operational processes and implementation plans
• Lead business analytics, performance assessments, and metrics reporting to measure mission success
• Facilitate cross-office and cross-agency engagements, planning sessions, and senior-level meetings
• Support Mission Management strategy development and execution
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide assessments and recommendations on policy changes, governance, and management practices
• Coordinate with stakeholders across NGA, NSG, ASG, and partner organizations
