About The Position

One Federal Solution is seeking a Policy Analyst III to provide technical liaison, stakeholder coordination, meeting support, and status reporting across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia. The Policy Analyst III will support effective communication and coordination among stakeholders while assisting leadership with relationship management, collaboration, and resolution of identified issues.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA).

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.
• Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).
• Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical liaison and coordination with stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and engagements to ensure effective communication and action item resolution.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on key stakeholder relationships, collaborations, and identified issues.
