The City of Murphy Police Department seeks to add a Police Officer to its dynamic team! As a Police Officer, you will provide crime prevention and law enforcement services for the City through proactive patrol, preliminary investigations, and traffic control duties in a designated area or assignment during duty hours. New officers who are not yet licensed and need to attend a Basic Peace Officer Course will start their employment with the City of Murphy as near as practical to the start date of the Basic Peace Officer Course start date.
