About The Position

Under general supervision, performs professional duties in enforcing federal, state and local laws to preserve the peace, and protect the rights and property of all people. Performs related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Must be a United States Citizen or a legal permanent resident continuously for the past five years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of appointment.
  • Must possess a valid Utah Driver License.
  • Must have no felony or domestic violence convictions.
  • Must pass and maintain department physical fitness standards.
