About The Position
Incumbents answer emergency and non-emergency telephones, prioritize the calls, and dispatch emergency personnel to crime scenes and calls for service. Incumbents also enter and maintain warrants, property files, and citations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One year customer service experience
- One year keyboarding experience
- Must be able to attain and maintain Arizona Criminal Justice Information System (ACJIS) Terminal Operator Certification (TOC), Level A.
