About The Position
The Menifee Police Department is pleased to formally announce its Police Captain promotional recruitment. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in criminal justice, police science, business administration, public administration, or a related field
- Seven (7) years (full-time equivalent) of increasingly responsible law enforcement experience, including one year of management experience as a Police Lieutenant
- Possession of a valid California P.O.S.T. Supervisory Certificate
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Driver's License by time of appointment
Nice To Haves
- Possession of a California P.O.S.T. Management Certificate is desirable
