About The Position

Vertica Fitness is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Vertical (Pole) Fitness Coach to join their team. The coach will be responsible for leading students in learning pole fitness, focusing on strength, beauty, and grace. Vertica Fitness aims to create a safe, inclusive, and body-positive environment where everyone is welcomed and celebrated. The ideal candidate will share this belief and foster a loving and empowering atmosphere. The role involves igniting passion for pole fitness and guiding students on a journey of self-discovery, strength, and beauty.

Requirements

A burning passion for pole fitness and a commitment to body positivity.
Excellent teaching and communication skills.
Knowledge of proper technique and safety measures.
Show up on time.
Be properly dressed: Wear a Vertica shirt/tank/top to and from the studio.
Adhere to Franchise requirements, as provided by Management.

Nice To Haves

Experience with choreography and performance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver the Vertica curriculum at the highest standard.
Design and deliver engaging pole fitness classes.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients of all skill levels and body types.
Provide personalized instruction and feedback to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Continuously educate oneself on new pole fitness techniques and safety measures.
Prepare the studio before class.
Instruct clients on proper pole fitness technique using the Vertica curriculum.
Teach assigned classes or find a qualified substitute.
Plan lessons that challenge and interest clients, adhering to the Vertica curriculum and safety standards.
Take and record attendance for each class.
Sell or upgrade memberships.
Sell or oversee items sold in the boutique.
Conduct room/studio closing procedures at the end of their shift.
Attend team meetings and trainings or work with management if unavailable.
Teach private lessons professionally if booked.
Conduct parties in an upbeat, entertaining, and professional manner if booked.
Substitute teach for classes within their availability.
Support other Vertica team members and management.
Verify clients' moves for advancement when appropriate.
Provide customer service to clients.
Adhere to Franchise requirements.
