We are seeking an experienced and professional Poker Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our poker tables. The Poker Supervisor assists in ensuring a positive guest gaming experience and the supervision of the Dealers. Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior relevant experience required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervising experience preferred
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision to the Dealers and ensures the delivery of an exceptional gaming experience for the guest.
  • Actively participates in the training, coaching, progressive discipline, and retention of Dealers.
  • Has a working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and internal control policies.
  • Evaluates operating procedures, recommends changes, and implements changes approved by the Poker Manager.
  • Executes department directives, objectives, and communication to include hosting regular huddles for the Dealers.
  • Safeguards company assets.
  • Work in conjunction with security and surveillance to detect any floor, Team Member, or guest irregularities.
  • Actively supports and leads Players Card sign up initiatives and creatively plans and executes sign up campaigns to motivate and inspire Team Members to solicit the guest and sign them up.
  • Responsible and accountable to comply with all key control policies/procedures.
  • Professionally resolve any floor disputes and complaints and refer any unsettled disputes to Shift Manager/MOD/Table Games Manager.
  • The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors.
  • Assist with training/mentoring new team members as requested.
  • The ability to work independently with little to no supervision or as part of a team is required.
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
