Requirements

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (Required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Basic computer proficiency.
Knowledge of poker (a plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

Greet players with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcome upon arrival.
Provide detailed information about current game offerings, table limits, and game types available.
Answer player inquiries regarding cardroom rules, minimum buy-ins, and general procedures.
Assist players in finding suitable games and managing their placement on the waitlist.
Offer thoughtful suggestions for players waiting for a seat, such as directing them to the lounge, coffee bar, or available alternative games to enhance their experience.
