By connecting with players and anticipating their needs, you’ll help create the kind of WOW moments that keep them coming back for more.
Requirements
- Exhibits 1+ years of high-volume cash-handling experience
- Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
- Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the placement of guests into poker games
- Assist guests with general information upon request
- Communicating with Poker leadership to open and close games, register and payout tournament players, and evaluate play for complimentary purposes
- Perform front-line entry level transactions, chip bank transactions, and employee window transactions
- Secure and document all recordable transactions made with company assets.
- Complete electronic multiple transaction logs accurately, complete transaction logs manually, when necessary
