About The Position

Provide superior guest service to guests.
Maintain security of casino assets at all time, including cards, chips, etc.
Follow all company policies, procedures and Tribal Internal Control Standards as related to the Poker Room at all times.
Ability to learn all games offered in the Table games and Poker room area and deals the games accordingly to the standards of the applicable laws, statutes and casino policies and procedures.
Must be able to work any shift and/or hours if needed.
Must be dependable and work schedule provided.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Card experience and or equivalent training from credible source.
• Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
• Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs and have full movement of arms and hands.
• Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Above average oral communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
