About The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs the service of exchanging chips and cash for customers. Pay out all bonus pay-outs and tournament prizes. Provide the set-ups for tournaments. Balance poker room chip bank and cash drawer. Document and record all dealer tips and tip sheets and send to accounting. Pay out tips to dealers and exchange chips for cash. Open and close Poker room chip bank per shift. Provide superior guest service to guests. Maintain security of casino assets at all time, including cards, chips, etc. Follow all company policies, procedures and Tribal Internal Control Standards as related to the Poker Room at all times. Ability to learn all games offered in the Table games and Poker room area and deals the games accordingly to the standards of the applicable laws, statutes and casino policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.   • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Cashiering experience and customer service.
  • Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
