About The Position

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Poker School Certification preferred.
- 2+ years of poker dealing experience preferred.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, have finger and manual dexterity, have hand-eye coordination, ability to grasp, reach, bend, lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong knowledge of poker rules.
- Ability to Explain and operate Poker game play and tournament play.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
- Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
Nice To Haves
- Poker School Certification preferred.
- 2+ years of poker dealing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deals various Poker games in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Opens and closes assigned Poker tables.
- Monitors and maintains card control, chip control, and other elements of Poker gaming integrity.
- Hosts guests and ensures high quality games and service levels.
- Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, and provides professional and positive guest interactions.
- Answers questions about game rules and casino policies.
- May be required to assist in brush and/or chip runner duties.
- All other duties as assigned.
