Poker Dealer - Part Time (Harrah's Atlantic City)
About The Position

Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Requirements
- Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited NJ Dealers School or equivalent.
- Skills required for game.
- Either prior dealing experience or experience acquired in Dealers School.
- Bending mobility required.
- Must be able to speak fluently, and understand English.
- NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Conducts assigned poker game according to procedure.
- Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure.
- Controls pace of the game.
- Informs the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play.
- Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
- Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Harrah’s multi-casino Bad Beat system.
