Reporting to the Poker Supervisor, the Poker Clerk is responsible for providing legendary guest service. This person is responsible for data input and various clerical functions of the Poker Room along with seating guests. The position requires strong attention to detail. Key job functions include entering player ratings, maintaining markers and dockets (including buybacks, transfers, and voids), assisting Supervisors with markers, fills, credits, and various duties as time allows. The clerk also assists in seating and maintaining waiting lists, entering information for new players, retrieving Total Rewards cards, changing printer ribbons, answering pit telephones, ensuring all pits are stocked with necessary supplies, and filing and organizing entered rating slips. The role requires meeting attendance guidelines and adhering to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
